As always the girls couldn't be any friendlier. They are always so nice. I can't say anything negative about any of the girls. They are always prompt in taking care of all their customers.
My first experience with City Cleaners was great. I stopped in to have two shirts starched and pressed. I missed the Tuesday deadline of being able to get them back by Saturday. One of your girls in the back overheard the conversation and she said she would have them back for me on Friday. (with no extra charge). How wonderful to have a business that is so willing to go the extra mile. I will continue to use City Cleaners. The customer service was awesome. Both girls were very sweet.
Very nice and friendly place.
Hartville location was able to work with me so I could pick up my cleaning in at a different location due to needing a quicker turn around for meetings.

This was my first visit to this City Cleaners location and WOW! I have been going to other cleaners for years... after I walked out of the door from City, I actually thought to myself "Why didn't I come here sooner??"
