My articles that are dry cleaned come back nicely done. However anything that is pressed comes back ridiculously bad. I might add, the prices are ridiculously high! All the the people I have dealt with have been very professional and friendly.

The process of the dry cleaning softens up the material so they receive a better, crisper press on them. Whoever took my order in did not spell my last name correct I told her it was Beaver just like the animal, spelled it to her and she still spelled it wrong. When I went in to pick up my order they kept telling me they did not have anything for me. It was finally found under a different spelling.

I trust Burke Cleaners with all my dry cleaning needs. My last order I received a call that a shirt was missing from my order. I was asked for a value of the shirt so my account could receive a credit. In the end, my shirt was located and Burke still gave me a discount on my order due to the inconvenience.

Had a dress hemmed...a normal above the knee dress and wanted to get done early they told me it would be half the price of the hemming on top of it it ... A lot of trouble getting it done early had to tell them three different times they finally got it there and it .ended it costing me $45 which I thought was in sane....Will not take anything else there were alterations

My experience with staff was good. But a little disappointed in the quality of what it looked like when I picked it up and looked at the wedding dress for the amount of money I paid for getting it cleaned it does not look like it was stemmed or pressed the netting on the dress is all wrinkled and just looks like nothing was done but cleaned it

Brought a brand new suit in for pressing for my daughters wedding picked up they lost the pants and blamed me saying it came in with jacket only the girl gave me no claim ticket when I dropped off had to buy a second suit for the wedding
