Well, the pricing is excessive! $8 to dry clean a T-shirt? $2.95 for laundry a cotton shirt? I found out its $1.5 elsewhere. We are not in NY or SFO which is even cheaper than your location. I will be going elsewhere.
GOT THE STAINS OUT OF SUIT AND DID GREAT PRESSING JOB ON COLLAR, ALWAYS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AT PICKUP AND DROPOFF
I had a small stain on my romper and brought it in. Although pressed well the stain was still on my romper when I picked it up. I brought it home and got the stain out with a cloth and hot water. Definitely won’t be returning

Was expecting my jacket dry cleaned with ONE button attached for a wedding on Saturday 6/29 (dropped off on Monday 6/26) Had to purchase another jacket for the wedding. One week later (today 7/1), jacket still not ready for pickup
Order was not correct. tried to bill for clothes already picked up. And return same kaki pants to replace buttons for third time . still waiting to get them back? way too long! I will request receipts every pick up for now on!

i took a couple of expensive polo shirts that had some coffee stains, before i left them with you, i asked the clerk if they thought they could be removed. i dont normally dry clean my polo shirts just wash and hang up. the clerk at the counter said they could get the stains out. so i agree to leave and pay for then to be dry cleaned. when i picjed them up, the stains were not gone and there was no change other than the shirts were dry cleaned with the stains present. i have discarded the shirts, as i cant where them ... read more
