I took 40 yr. old seat pads in to be cleaned. When I picked them up, they were several shades lighter and looked so much better. Brothers always does a good job.
The only reason that I have my clothes dry cleaned is for convenience. I noticed that my shirts are no longer being cleaned around the collar and I was told that it was virtually impossible to completely get stains out of the collar. Well I can wash my clothes at home if I'm not going to have have stains removed.

The girl at the counter said she would call me with the price info. , she never did , if she had I would have gone back & picked up my items because the price was way more than I could afford. What ya'll need to do is have an alteration price list hanging up behind the counter. I should have been given a discount because she didn't call me back & because I came back to Brother's Cleaners after being away for a few years.
I picked up my raincoat and when I got home, only the lining and belt were there. I came back and told the woman about it. The computer was down and apparently the manager was not there. The manager texted me and said they found my raincoat. She said that I wouldn't have to pay but I had already paid. I just think that it would have been nice to have some kind of discount.
I did not like your hemming this time. One linen shirt was picked.
My Marc Jacobs silk shirt was ruined. I've had stains successfully removed (by other places) before without damage. While the stain was removed from the blouse, so was the color. My shirt now appears as though it has bleach spots.
When I dropped off my dress, the employee was cordial and helpful. When I picked up my dress, not so much. The employee didn't say thank you after I paid, but I did. She never said anything. I felt the no response was rude and felt my business was not appreciated!
