Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. I was charged for services not asked for. The service I did request was not done. I asked for my dress to be pressed and it came back to me a wrinkled mess and not even covered in plastic. I was unable to wear my dress to my function. So disappointed!!
I’m a regular because of convenience. I live at the Alexan Northhills. I’ve repeatedly ask for starch in my shirts and get them back with no starch!!!! This has been going on for months. I’m anout to change despite the location and convenience.
I was quoted one price with an understanding about my clothing would be handled and it was handled differently. So the problem was re-addressed and upon that, the price went up and even again.
Staff is unprofessional, way too expensive, quality was poor for price. Should not be putting bar codes permanently on clothing.
You all are wayyyy too expensive! My tablecloth cost me $19 to dry clean, and that was with a 40% off coupon. Ridiculous!
Your price are too high probably due to the all that promotional spending.
The repair and service was timely and priced fairly. The 5 emails I received over the past week was over the top and unwelcome. Because I was notified of my coat being ready via email. I'll have to switch cleaners because I am going to report brothers cleaners as spam on my email account.
Manager in duty was really unprofessional. My Burberry shirt was massed up.
Dropped off a wedding 👰 gown to be cleaned due to the excellent experience I had having a previous gown cleaned... as this is quite expensive I was hoping to use a competitors coupons when I picked it up but was told that that would not be honored. As a long-time Brothers customer I feel that I should’ve been given the opportunity to use a coupon or receive a discount on this very expensive dry cleaning order.
