Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. The girl at the counter said she would call me with the price info. , she never did , if she had I would have gone back & picked up my items because the price was way more than I could afford. What ya'll need to do is have an alteration price list hanging up behind the counter. I should have been given a discount because she didn't call me back & because I came back to Brother's Cleaners after being away for a few years.

Was expecting my jacket dry cleaned with ONE button attached for a wedding on Saturday 6/29 (dropped off on Monday 6/26) Had to purchase another jacket for the wedding. One week later (today 7/1), jacket still not ready for pickup
Order was not correct. tried to bill for clothes already picked up. And return same kaki pants to replace buttons for third time . still waiting to get them back? way too long! I will request receipts every pick up for now on!

Taking way too long at pick up time. Computer issues one time and just poor service another.
I've been going to Brothers for over 5 years. I had 6 shirts dry cleaned that cost over $18. Not only did the shirts not come clean, the girl that helped me did not let me use the "$1 off each garment" coupon that you guys keep sending me....this is very misleading and you should stop sending this out if you aren't going to honor it! My family has had a relationship with the Hilker Family since Jim Hilker owned the cleaners on Wake Forest Rd. Unfortunately this 50 year relationship is coming to an end.
Very disappointing. My dress pants were returned with a second crease on the left leg, and my suit jacket was returned without the pocket square.
