Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. This is the second survey and probably 10th time I have tried to tell you. You have the WRONG email address for your client. I live in CO. I get emails from you weekly. I keep trying to get you to fix. Please remove my email!!!!!
My coat was not ready as promised and when I finally received it there was a note on it that says it wasn't cleaned. They gave me an uncleaned coat after having it for one week. Very disappointed.
I am so disappointed in the service that I have received at the North Hills location. Not necessarily customer service because everyone has always been overly nice and apologetic and each occurrence has been made right and communication lines stay open. I am still awaiting news on my Cynthia Rowley blouse that has mysteriously disappeared. Please continue to look for it. You had lost another precious blouse last year that eventually turned up 2 weeks later so I am keeping my fingers crossed. It seems as though the expensive items are the ones that go missing.......Angie is great and has been a big help through the years.

I live in Colorado. I have emailed you several times to tell you that you have the wrong email address. I am not John/Lisa who you email on a regular basis to tell me my laundry is ready. PLEASE get me off your list and find the correct email address for your customer.
I have several pairs of slacks that need to be tailored and when I asked for the hours of the tailor, the response I received was, "I have no idea". Four employees working (2 male, 2 female) and I cant get an answer to what I consider a simple question. I'm also used to service similar to in by 9am out by 5pm, not two days later. My first and last visit, very disapointed.
You shrunk my king sized quilt and refused to pay for it (some months ago). This was after I begged you to be careful with it because it was all cotton. I am using another dry cleaners for bedding that does not shrink it. We still use you for some clothing just because of your location. Not impressed though.
I always have recommended you all and taken all of mine and my husbands clothes to brothers. After my wedding dress was burnt in the fire and it was so poorly handled on your end, I have lost faith. No one cared and the customer service was horrible; I had to proactively handle the case on my own with insurance company. I bring very few items there only for mere convenience because I live next door. My husband still brings all of his work clothes.
