Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. Lost my husband’s suit pants. Called to say they had been located. Went to pick up the suit and still had the wrong pants. Found them again but we wondered why the pants were not with the suit coat once they were located the first time.
Unfortunately the stains couldn't be dry cleaned. You tried though. Thank you.

I was told my item would be ready the next day which was one of the reasons I used their service. When I went back the next day I was told it would be on the truck the next day. During my lunch break when I was able to pick up my garment I was informed it was not there but will be later that day. However 15 minutes later I received a text that revealed my garment was ready for pick up. I was not able to pick it up due to the limited time. I had to pick up my garment after w
When I dropped my items off I was told they would be ready Monday after 5:30 pm. I arrived shortly before 5:30 pm on Monday and was told they had not arrived yet, but give it another 15 min to see if the truck arrives. After 5:30 pm my items still had not arrived. I did not receive a notification that my items were ready until Wednesday. Needless to say, I can’t trust Brothers Cleaners to stick to a schedule or let me know ahead of time if the original schedule can’t be met.
Needed tux pants 4 a wedding...told order w/d be ready that day...at pick up was told not bagged but w/d be next day.. next day order not ready...told pants @ factory...wife called to speak to manager...told pants were at store but so much to go through...stayed on the line until they were found...main concern was misinformation and conflicting information coming from employees

I made sure to notify that there were spots on my dress. When i came to pick it up and went home, the spots were still there. It would have been nice if someone could have mentioned that they were not able to remove the wine spots. It cost me $16 and the dress looks the same as before.
I had two pair of casual khakis that I specifically requested there be no crease pressed into them. They were pressed and I was heading out of town the next day and did not have time to have them redone. We had to try to use an iron to remove the crease. I had been a long time Brother's customer, left, and decided to try you again. So you can imagine I was not happy with my first cleaning. Mike Johnson st8eng@yahoo.com
