They had to repair a bedspread that got pretty messed up after dropping it off to have it dry cleaned. They did repair it with no hassle and no cost to me but now I have to take it back to them AGAIN to have it cleaned. When I got it home I pulled it out of the bag and it has a big black smudge on it????? ☹️
Dropped clothes off on Monday. Was leaving town for a wedding on Thursday. Didn't finish everything until Friday. Too slow and pricey as well. Probably won't return
On two occasions articles of clothing have been misplaced and communication around what/when/why/how have been very confusing. In the first case, I was told up front that the misplaced a piece and were looking for it. After several days, I got a call and the manager told me "it was here all along, I don't know why they couldn't find it?". She apologized and gave me a coupon, both of which I appreciated. They had to dry clean my blouse twice. Then I went to wear it a month later and they had torn the sleeve. Then I had to take it back for the third time and the seamstress sewed it.
Lost $120 white dress shirt not resolved satisfactorily. Put off too many times and not handled professionally.
The price is excessive. I moved from the Leesville area to North Hills. Shirts cost me A) 3 times as much as I paid in Leesville and MORE then I paid when I lived in Manhattan! I will be looking for another cleaner, with better pricing along my route to work vs paying exorbitant fee's just because this is Mid town. I actually feel like I was ripped off
I was shocked when I received my bill $64 for a suit, 2 dresses and pressing of 2 dresses. You are way too expensive for dry cleaning so I will not be using you again.
I enjoy the customer service, but without a coupon the services cost almost twice as much. I just can't justify the increased expense
Dry cleaning was fine, price was very expensive.
