Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. The person who helped me check out on Thursday was rude. Also my order was not ready for pickup as confirmed and she rude about about some obscure rules that I know nothing about.
Have always had my shirts done perfectly but this time some of my collars not done well
Stain on a brand new hoodie that I could not get out. BC was able to get out with no problem with next day service

Very nice young man and young woman who were patiently trying to find my cleaning order at closing - my wife placed the order under the wrong name. Your staff was patient and kind and I was frustrated but they stayed professional - that’s all you can ask for !
Quick service and helpful staff
I brought in a linen blouse to be cleaned and pressed. When I picked up the blouse, it was so wrinkled I had to iron it at home. Won’t be back.
