Employees are so pleasant, but I feel that your prices are outrageous, I had a choir robe and Maxi dress cleaned and the price was $45! If the items were full of stains, I can maybe understand, but I think this is a little overboard! I had to drop the items off and pick them up myself! Thanks
I left my coat to be dry cleaned and a repair on one pocket. The pocket was repaired but the coat was NOT CLEANED! I am not happy about this!
I have been going to NH Brothers for 12 years. I have used multiple services including dry cleaning and a ton of alterations. I picked up 6 tops two being tank tops that just needed the straps shortened it was $160. I was shocked and very upset. 😔
At first everything seemed great until I received back my clothes. Did not follow clear and written instructions.
I received 2 womens shirts for pressing only (medium starch) I was charged $17.00 for 2 shirts. That is very high! They were not laundered or dry clean, just ironed. I won't return at that rate!
