Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. I have called several times for a pick-up and no pick-up!
I just wrote an email about my two experiences. The lady told me my shirt would be there in 20 minutes and I came back in an hour and 10 minutes and my shirts was not there she said it a won't be back until tomorrow. I'm going out of town for the next 10 days so I won't be able to pick it up or take it with me
The last two times I've been, all my shirts been ready but one. First time they said they would email when it arrived and I never received and email or phone call. They've not charged me for one shirt each time. That's not the point. That does not make me happy, wow you are taking care of one shirt cause you don't have it on time. The only thing I am unhappy with is these twice a week reminder that my driver is going to pick up/deliver. I don't have that service. I call him when I have something to pick up. Please take me off this automated reminder. Thank you.
I have been using Brothers Cleaners for many years. To sum it up in one word: EXCELLENT !!!!!
Return my phone calls and drop off a laundry bag. I don't have one so cannot put my laundry outside for pickup.
Thank you for this notice about my Visa Card #. I've emailed your company once asking to be called for my replacement card number. My card was damaged and was replaced with another number. PLEASE have someone call be at 919-848-7455 for my new number. I do not want to give it out on an insecure site.
Have you guys thought about a mobile app , something very simple and easy to use ?
Jackets had hairs and fuzzes throughout, which is concerning for $25 of cleaning.
