Everything’s My was fine. Anyone can do a mans dress shirt and it was done well. Service was excellent but the price per shirt should of exceed $1.99 at the most. Advertise cleaning pricing. I was blown away when I saw the charges per item. $7.00 for pair of slacks? Insane.
The lipstick on my suit did not come off.
On October 5th I picked up my Dry Cleaning at SAS. Two things: 1- There is stain on a shirt that wasn't there when I dropped it off on 9/29. 2- I sent in a request via the web on or about October 5th or 6th that a 20% off coupon I included in my bag wasn't honored and I've yet to receive a response. The convenience is only marginal to my family since I drive by the cleaners every day.
Not happy on communication with my jacket. If there was a chance of fading I would have liked to have known and I would never had it cleaned or treated
All cleaners clean reasonably well The pick up and drop off service is what really sells the whole thing. However for better than 2 months I'm trying to an answer on whether or not you'll extend your routes To date I can't get a reply, really? Pretty sad that the common courtesy of responding seems to be a lost art with these folks
Rude staff in the past and losing my clothes multiple times. When I complained, I was not taken seriously. Luckily the person that works in the store where I drop off now is super nice but she will probably quit. Everyone does.
You are often losing my items. And they are often very expensive as I am a real fashionistas. The last itme you lost was the built in slip to a $500 crocheted dress. you can't wear the dress with out the built slip as you'd see through it. You've lost a gorgeous black Tibi blouse, a duster, a coat, a dress. An I travel so often and aren't at home that I don't often know something is missing until weeks or sometimes month go by.
