Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. My idems were donated, without anyone contacting me. I had 7 jackets all of my winter jackets. No where on the receipt or paperwork states they will donate you stuff after 90 days.
Love the pick up service. The main reason I choose your service. A lot of times I find my clothes that are stained still returned stained and in the same condition. Yet I pay full price for them. Only in one circumstance have y’all stated a reason that the item wasn’t resolved. Even if y’all can’t get the stain out, vocalize it and tell me why.
I've asked numerous times for statements of my account and nobody ever gets me anything until I have a balance. I've asked for August and September statements on account and still don't have them.
