Brothers is quite expensive as cleaners go but I want quality service when it comes to my clothes. I have been satisfied until the last time I used them. We went on a 2-week trip and I had my husband's best leisure shirts dry cleaned as they were all silk. There were 3 in total. Every one of them smelled like body odor under the arms when we went to put them on. This was distressing as they were 3 of his favorite shirts he could not wear while on vacation. I used to love the pickup service until we were not notified that our driver was out of town and my clothes were left outside all day in the rain and started to mildew. I was then given a number to call and it took 2 days to figure out what was going on. It was a bad experience and made me think that it is easier to drop it off at a dry-cleaners on the way to my office vs. taking the risk of leaving thousands of dollars of custom shirts on my front porch.

I have been a customer of Brother's for over 20 years - for several years I frequented your Falls location and we used "No" at your Atlantic Avenue shop (until she retired!) for all of our hemming and alteration needs. I now live in Wake Forest and have been a pickup and delivery customer for many years. You all recently lost a pair of my pants. Brothers fails to get their notices to me. PLUS - When they send emails they do not identify themselves in the subject line of the email (email marketing 101). When I call into the "office" the employees that answer the phone make it clear that my questions are a chore. They seem to not be aware at all that their job is serving folks who want their laundry done - which would entail actually (I know it's icky) speaking to real people...as real people have been known to ask questions about the service they are paying for.

The last time I came to Brothers Cleaners I had to visit three different days to get one order. The first day the cleaning was not there when promised so you said that it would be free. When I received them the clothes didn't smell clean like they normally do and I had to bring them back to be re-cleaned. You cleaned them once more for free and again you didn't have the cleaning went promise and I had to come another day. When I final got them back they still didn't smell clean almost like the cleaning fluid was dirty.... read more

You guys did a terrible job. I dropped my wife's uniform off at the dry cleaners on August 8th and when I went on August 10th to pick up her wedding dress, I was told that it was misplaced and cannot be found. After speaking with several managers as well as the store owner, two hours later it was later found at the pleasant valley location terribly wrinkled and not even done. This place is unprofessional and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
