it is not that you don't normally clean the clothes properly. it is because you don't do what you say that you are going to do and you guys keep sending emails with promotions and they do not get honored when you get there. At times they don't know anything about it and it makes you feel like you are trying to pull one over on them. Last time I drove back to my office and printed it out for her.

Too many promotional emails, like 2 a day!!!!! Don’t need a daily email with a discount that lasts a week or so... why not send one that’s good for the month Thanks Larry

I feel that your prices are very expensive there were also a language barrier at the counter I felt taken advantage of

The last time use cleaner I paided in cash. When I droped off this time was never told you are cashless. I had to leave and go home and get a card to pay for it>

John, I am sorry for the experience you had, we have tried to be pro -active with our cashless displays in our stores. I will personally take a look and make sure our signs are in correct spots, but however, I am sorry that you were made to go home and get your card. This was my first experience at Best Cleaners. One of the items that I brought was a new sweater and when I picked it up it appeared worn and old. Although in wearable condition, the sweater was frayed and looks old and worn rather than a brand new sweater that has never been worn. I can only imagine that the sweater was dried, which is not consistent with the material and instructions on the tag. Would not recommend.

Excellent - except that this was the second time I picked up my order, with my receipt, and part of my order was separated from the rest and could not be immediately found. After a wait and delay (about 10 min) the article was found. This is unacceptable and I am considering going to another cleaner!

US army service uniform...firstly, the white button up shirt states military press on the receipt. It was not done. Secondly, I gave them my uniform jacket and new patches to change onto it. The patches were done correctly. However I was handed back a dirty, wrinkled jacket. They compensated by having me bring it back after I had already got home. However, overall experience was terrible and I won’t be going back for services.

Not only was it expensive, I was told I could no longer pay in cash! I’ve never heard of such a thing! How un American !!! I shall never return to your establishment. A former loyal customer

For cleaning, Best cleaners is a quality cleaners as for tailoring i have had 2 instances where i need something done and i was let down. Please look into improving that part and your business will match the name.
