The staff is very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Plus they got a tough stain out of my favorite shirt so that’s a plus.
Service was less-than-friendly but the job got done.
It is always so nice to know we just have to set out the cleaning bag!

My building (Albany Lofts at 1 Broadway) has a pick-up/delivery service for Tuesday/Thursdays; last week was the first time I used the service so I was a little nervous on the turn around since I was going out of town on Thursday. I called on Thursday, March 1st in the morning to see what time my belongings would be dropped off at the building and was told 2:30-3:00p at the latest. So happy that puppy stains are gone but the blue in the duvet is noticeably duller than the drapes- it really looks faded😢 (compared to the shams and drapes)
