The staff is very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Plus they got a tough stain out of my favorite shirt so that’s a plus.
Service was less-than-friendly but the job got done.

My building (Albany Lofts at 1 Broadway) has a pick-up/delivery service for Tuesday/Thursdays; last week was the first time I used the service so I was a little nervous on the turn around since I was going out of town on Thursday. I called on Thursday, March 1st in the morning to see what time my belongings would be dropped off at the building and was told 2:30-3:00p at the latest. Our visit and experience was perfect and we will continue to have all our dry cleaning done here.
Everything was fine
So happy that puppy stains are gone but the blue in the duvet is noticeably duller than the drapes- it really looks faded😢 (compared to the shams and drapes)
Did a great job on my sons jacket, the ladies at the cleaners were great to deal with
Excellent. Joshua and Monty were great.
