We had 8 pieces and the total was $130- Absolutely way too expense !! Will never do business there anymore..
I was charged an additional $5 for the belt that was on an overcoat. Not a lot of money but I feel it’s wrong not to inform customers at drop off.

The power was out and an associate was attempting to step above and beyond for the customers who were there. The problem was, he was putting him self in a safety risk. The person who was in charge did not handle the situation in a professional manner. She needs to work on her people’s skills. The associate should be recognized for making an effort to help the customers.

I brought in three pairs of shoes to be repaired with new heel tips. They were not ready on the day promised, although I had been very emphatic about when i needed at least one of those pairs to wear at a party. However, Chrissie arranged to have them delivered directly to my house a couple of days later. They did good work, and I would recommend them. Just make sure you have enough time as they are not flexible on rush orders, as the work is done at another site.
Your staff was very pleasant and helpful, but the price to dry clean 1 simple dress, 27.00 is way too much! .I will not be back.

Plenty of staff confusion regarding recent computer conversion that caused then to tell me twice that I did not have an order to pick up...Finally found my clothing
One shit cost $11.80. The other shirt was $3.80. They gave me a line about having to do it by hand. I have brought it to the same location many times and never paid $11.80 to have a shirt cleaned.

Very Very expensive!! And after paying So Much 2 of my dresses still had stains!! Very poor job Extremely disappointed!!
