Came in to pick up my order. Gave my telephone number , clerk got my order.. she then tells me she forgot to give my drop off bag. Meanwhile the clerk st the other register is retrieving another order. It took awhile. Then my clerk had to find my bag . Took way too long! Not efficient!.

Your price for a zipper is outrageous why I don’t know.
Dropped off a bedspread and pillow shams last Tuesday said it would be ready on Friday came Friday around 11 they said it wouldn’t be done until after four so I waited till Monday to pick them up and it still wasn’t ready clean but unable to find it initially then it had to be folded then they couldn’t find the pillow shams took a few minutes to find them I never leave a negative review but very dissatisfied with your service this time.

I think it’s ridiculous that it’s cashless and they almost wouldn’t give me clothes thank god you can still give exact change !! But this isn’t California you should except cash
You staff ruined my white shirt so I can’t wear it anymore
Other than not accepting American currency as payment, all went well. How in the world can you change to a policy that makes paying in cash more difficult? In the US of A my American money should always be acceptable as payment for services rendered.
I wanted to pay for the item that I had dry cleaned with cash, but if I did would not be able to get change in return, except in the form of a gift card, what's that about......also, the attendant could not locate the article that I was picking up, but luckily I could see it from where I was standing!
I am not happy that not only do you no longer take cash (most likely you can't trust your employees) but you also use my phone number like your personal way of contacting me. Please stop there are other dry cleaners in local area who would be all too happy to take my cash and only call if I had forgotten my order not to tell me to pick up twice in 3 days and not for flipping surveys. Thanks
I’ve had two rather expensive business shirts ruined when your staff has unbuttoned the collars. They’ve pulled the buttons off with some of the fabric. Even though repairs were made the repairs are highly visible and the shirts are not wearable.
