Service was great but yalls prices are outrageous

James, I am sorry that you feel are prices are too high. Our prices are made to be able to keep up with the current economy. We do send out frequent coupons if you have an email address on file or on our Best Cleaners app.
I may not be a loyal customer much longer if you keep charging VERY High prices

The worst customer service. Had my dress for 6 weeks with me chasing weekly and no follow ups. Did not do a good job and issues I discussed were not addressed.

I brought a pair of my riding pants in to get a zipper fixed and that was it. They were told do not do anything else to the pants. They put the zipper on Weird it wasn’t straight also they didn’t zip up all the way. To make it worse they cleaned my pants after they were told not to. They felt the need to remove “stains” out of my pants. I don’t know what stains they were talking about the pants are grey. I try to use your app to pickup after Six PM, as your Latham store is open until Seven PM. However your app lists your closing time as Six PM, so it won't let me arrange pickup. I have told and showed this to the person on duty twice, but it still says you are only open until Six PM. It is an inconvenience to have to wait in the store to pick up my clothes, when if your app worked as it should, then I should be able to just walk in, get my clothes and walk out. Every time I bring my shirts to be dry cleaned I’m asked if there are any stains? Or if I have one I tell them. When I receive the shirt it still has a stain on it and most of the time it’s oil. I was in the dry cleaning Business for over 20 years and know if you know there is a stain it can be spotted before dry cleaning almost every stain can be removed if handled correctly especially with what you are charging to dry clean I would assume you would take the extra steps especial for a good customer Thank you

I’ve been going to this dry cleaner for close to 25 years and have seen big improvements since it became Best Cleaners. Having said that, my last experience was nowhere close to what I’ve come to expect. I had two shirts ruined and my slacks pressed so the crease was on the side instead of the front of my pants.
