Tim McCann, co-founder of Best Cleaners, comes from a long line of dry cleaners. In fact, his grandfather founded the original Best Cleaners in Connecticut in 1957, and while his father is no longer involved with the company, it is still owned and managed by family members today. So, when Tim and his wife Catherine set out to start their own dry cleaning business in the Capital Region, they knew there was only one name that would suit their vision of what a dry cleaner could and should be. No driver in weeks last time he didn’t pick up two weeks ago on a Thursday I called Friday someone told me they be out they never came out I was told a manager would call a manager never called I spent hundreds of dollars a month and best cleaners your service is Awful and overpriced
Absolutely horrible. Beyond disappointed to get my white comforter back with some stains on it (don’t even know where they came from) the cotton on the inside has bunched yo in the corners and the blanket doesn’t even smell washed or cleaned. It was New a couple of months ago and never been washed or dry cleaned. 2 of the tags on the blanket are melts and are now hard balls hanging off be side. Not to mention it cost me $53!!!
This was my first visit so I understand the time it takes to set up a new account. The problem is that I was not given a slip for pickup. When I dropped off the shirts on Monday, I Dropped off 5 shirts. When I picked up on Wednesday, there were only four. I do not think it unreasonable to at least get your shirts back.
I think paying $15.50 for 2 shirt just being pressed is a lot of money. I won't be back.
Took me two years to get them to fold my shirts instead of hanging them. Now it's taken me 9 months of asking to stop starching my shirts board hard to no avail...They all say sure no problem "we'll take care of it" so much starch I can't button the buttons. All for premium prices....very premium prices. Collars are not so clean, I wear once and have them cleaned. I would sacrifice turn around time for clean shirts the way I want them.
We are missing an article of woman's clothing: Banana Republic pants: size 6, light blue
i enjoy the express bag i wish dry cleaning was not so expensive
