Best Cleaners is appropriately named, it is the best! Carmella in Loudonville is the best there is at alterations and the cleaning is expert, the pressing is perfect and the service is wonderful. Melody is also great at all she does although I do not see her often now. I also love to stop in on Saturday to say Hi to Jack! Great people!!
Good service and never an issue on our garments.
Horrible services. A 1 to 2 month process to clean a dress, took 5 months, never had responses to status of cleaning, calls, or follow ups, even when I stopped in person, was told I'd hear back from managers and never did. When finally was able to view dress, had to send back 3x because it kept looking worse for cleaning. Had to cancel part of services because of dissatisfied issues. Prices are too high. I thought I clicked on a discount but I didn't receive it. I asked that the shirts be folded rather than on a hanger but wasn't told the price would go up to $6.10.

I had a coupon I wanted to use and was not aware that it must be redeemed at dropping off the clothes. If this is the case the person who is doing the intake of the clothe should really be asking if there are any coupons to use when drop off happens. I will not be back before it expires and now I’ve lost out on a $15 coupon. Very disappointed.
Received a reminder to pick up while on vacation. Came in Friday, 9.29 and no one could find them. Came back on Saturday, 9.30 and still no pants! Told they are in transit somewhere. Not pleased. Glad they’re not something needed right away. Mary Beth Babcock

The last time I had my suit dry cleaned there was a hole burnt into my suit coat. I didn’t realize this until I put my suit on for work. The pants also have a slight burn mark in them.

I have used Best Cleaners for years both personally and at hotels. I am billed weekly for my cleaning on my credit card. I was billed for Dry Cleaning recently that I absolutely have no back up for. I have called the office several times with no return call. I am extremely disappointed in the accounting and the total disregard for customer service. BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE !!! They bill as they wish !!!!!!
