Dry cleaning is more expensive than NYC. Doesn’t make any sense. They also will tell you when you drop off your clothes they’ll do their “best” to get the stains out. If I am paying over $10 per item to get dry cleaned you shouldn’t say you’ll do your “best” you should be upfront with customer about what you can and cannot do. Because sometimes they don’t take out all the stains and you still end up paying, for my most recent order was $40 for dry cleaning 2 items. I don’t think my dress was even touched- you just took my $18. The stains are EXACTLY the same- I think it was just cola on them. The same wrinkles that were there when I dropped it off are still there. Never coming back.

Hi Maria! While we do try our best, not all stains are removable. Depending on fabric and what kind of stain it was, how long the stain has been setting, ect. - sometimes it's just not possible. Costumer service was subpar. On 11/30/2020 the representative was very unpleasant and impolite both on the phone and in person. Unsure of her name. She is African American. Dry cleaning was mediocre. Overall, not a good first impression unfortunately. Will not recommend.
