Navy blazer was cleaned. Balfurd ripped off a monogrammed button. I picked up blazer.,they never mentioned it. Returned it, promised manager would call. Never did call. After 2 weeks went back and told them again. Now it's another week and no call. Anyone know a good dry cleaner?

Delivery person missed us on pick up day so I drove our laundry to the S Atherton office where they said they would have delivery person deliver back to us. Ended up I had to drive to S. Atherton office to pick up. No biggie, but thought you should know.

My 160 dollar jacket that I never wore was to be cleaned and pressed. The jacket came back with a large water stain. I am so upset. I had to drive 40 mins to take it back to be released. I worry the jacket will be ruined.

Didn’t pick up my dry cleaning after several requests. Zero communication. Had to drop off. Didn’t deliver my dry cleaning. Zero communication for almost two weeks. Finally replied to my email that roads were impassable? Had to pick up. Seems like a convenient excuse because you all have “new drivers”. Have been loyal customer for over seven years and service for pickup up/drop off continues to decline.

I asked for all but one of my pieces to get military press and not all were done properly. I also asked for my name to be changed in the system and that still has not been amended.
