My most recent (and final) 2 experiences. 1) took about a month to get a tiny seem re-sewed. Then clerk wouldn't except my gift card until I asked 2 more times. 2) took about another month of back and forth to get refunded for a comforter that was ruined.
Got all the paint stains out of my jacket
I paid almost $70 to have 3 coats cleaned and they don’t even look clean. There was fuzz and hair on them. I don’t even understand what you did to them. I’m highly disappointed.
Dropped off 2 dresses on Juky 19th 2019 for dry cleaning, one of thise being my wedding gown. I revmceived a call dresses were ready for pick up 2 weeks later. Picked up dresses only to find out my wedding dress was never cleaned and i did not receive a phone call, text. Essage or a voicemail regarding the gown. Honestly disappointed again. Every time I come here there is always some type of issue. The quality of work is always good and not the problem. There are hidden fees everywhere and it’s ridiculous. This time, I was charged a “luxury fee” for my Burberry shirt for $25. First off, this was a shirt and not even a button down. Charging $25 on something usually worth $3.80 is absurd and worse than city pricing. If you are to charge a luxury fee it should be written on the receipt. I paid for one-day cleaning and showed up and my shirt was not clean. It was at a different location. I had an important interview the next day and had to go buy a new shirt for it. (This cost me almost $100, as I do not have a car and had to go to the most convenient place at 7:00 p.m.) The employee offered me to take someone else’s shirt from the Cleaners in place of mine because I emphasized how important the interview I needed it for was, which is pretty nasty. Okay dan bagus pelayanannya.
Cost more than was told initially and the neck of the coat was not clean and I especially asked for attention on the collar. Also brought a wool scarf in and asked it could be clean and the clerk had NO IDEA!!!! And how did you get my phone # to text me??????
Asked to pay special attention to sleeves. Was told you would. They were wrinkled and not pressed upon pickup.
