My inquiry about a certain stain removal was answered in a short, curt and unprofessional manner! Too bad there isn’t another dry cleaner to compete with you.. I would take my garment w there!!!
Brought my sons pants and shirt in to be dry cleaned. He had just wore it a month ago to his great grandmothers funeral. This is the first time we had ever dry cleaned the shirt and pants. The shirt turned out fine but the pants shrunk so much! The poor kid had to go to his uncles wedding wearing pants that he couldn’t fasten and were way to short on him. So disappointed and upset!
Lipstick didn’t come off my wife’s blouse. Had to return.
your reminder email says " your order is ready" in dark print. It doe not say Balfour. Some spam emails start with the same thing.
The dry cleaning was satisfactory. The attitude of the staff on the other hand needs some work. Poor customer service due to negative attitude. Also, there was a deal for $5 off 5 pieces of dry cleaning. I had 5 articles, but a white shirt doesn't count as a piece apparently.
I like having an account so I don't need to bring cash or a credit card with every order. However, currently, all I see are charges on my credit card statement. I preferred the old system where statements were sent periodically (every two weeks?) itemizing the charges.

Used your tailoring to sew labels....the accuracy and attention to detail was very poor
There should be two ratings -- one high and one low. I have had many items altered and been very happy with the results. The same isn't true of cleaning one of my favorite pairs of slacks. Apparently someone didn't look at the composition tag on the waistband. Rayon. They are now much shorter! I didn't find out until I put them on a few days ago for a fundraiser hosted by the Penn State president and his wife. I was beside myself then, and very upset since.
