I brought garment in on Wed was told it would be ready Monday. Thursday afternoon got a text message saying it was ready but there was no place that I could find the holiday hours to see when closing time would be. Picked it up on Tuesday as originally planned.

I was told that my dry cleaning would be ready on Friday Friday evening was not specified so when I went there after noon probably around one it wasn’t back yet so then I had to make a second trip another time please just tell me I won’t be there until late Friday
Stains not removed on tablecloth No note stating they tried to remove stains but unsuccessful They agreed to redo table cloth but had to pay first. Seemed very expensive

You waited to give me a coupon until I had dropped off my second and final large load of dry cleaning until next spring (My first load, picked up yesterday, cost over $70, and the second \, dropped off Friday,will cost almost twice that much). So I can't use the coupon at all! So if we're "friends", as you say, we must not be very good ones......

We appreciate your business, especially during these very hard times for small business. We thought about not offering any coupons at all, as business is very tough right now, but decided to continue to send them for a time. Again, thanks for your feedback and support.

Rude and Unprofessional
Regular customer (5 shirts every 1-2 weeks) and the cashier today ‘finds’ an outstanding charge from almost 3 months ago with no shirt to go along with it - no idea if I’m missing a shirt. Oh, and bring back the 5th shirt free.
This was the first time I’ve ever used you, and I leaned that your reputation for giving one price when you drop an item off to be cleaned, and an entirely different (and of course much higher) cost when you pick it up is well deserved. Despite hearing from a number of people that Baldurd is known to do this, I decided to give you a try.
