Service was, as always, quick. Staff was polite and helpful.
My first experience with Balfurd was in 1946 when I first came to Penn State. I was fresh out of the Navy and Jack Harper made the recommendation to me. I graduated and moved all over the country, and ultimately my wife Nancy and I retired here in State College. Naturally I went back to Balfurd. Thanks for being so good for so long.
Nancy at the front desk is the reason I keep coming. No problem is too big. She takes care of everything with a smile.

Efficient, courteous service
The drop off was quick and efficient. They were clear on when my item would be available and asked if there were any spots requiring extra attention. My clothes were ready on time and it only took a minute to get them back with my receipt!
Service was completed 1 1/2 days early. Very pleased.
