It was my first time at Balfurd Cleaners and the staff was excellent. The speed of service was great and earlier than expected. My clothes was ready and my alteration/tailoring of my Blazer was good.
I came into see about getting a pair of pants tailored. I was very pleased with how fast and efficient the lady's where with helping me.

Your cleaning and alterations are very good. The salespeople are polite, the cleaning is thorough, and the alterations are superb.
I had a good experience. Took work shirt, yellow button-down with a lot of neck ring dirt. Shirt was cleaned very well. Staff very friendly. Also, got shirt back within a couple days from taking it in. Very fast service.
I was completely satisfied with the service that I received at Balfurd's. I would certainly use them again. There was a tag on the choir stole, place on the white material that did leave a small mark. I do think it will smooth out.
