The new automated drop off and pick-up doesn't take into account that some orders are unusual. I needed TWO bags but could only get one. I had three armloads of dry cleaning but had to find a hand to enter the door code on each trip from the car with a big armload (three trips in from the car). There was no way to enter the 25% discount I had activated. I hope I got it, since I did what the offer suggested and brought it all in to use your offer to the fullest. I have been a bit upset about how you all handled pick in my building, for seven years I have been a devoted customer and then a few times my deliveries did not come. Upon inquiry I was informed that you were just doing me a favor as a long term customer as you didn’t deliver to apartments anymore. I had no idea this change happened, that you were doing me a favor by drill delivering, and that they service had thus become a bit unreliable. Hi, Robert! Yes, delivery to your apartment is not very reliable as we depend on parking being available at the time we stop by. This is the reason we no longer deliver to most apartment complexes. We typically like the driver to just drop off or pick up outside the front door of the house, so going inside apartments and taking the elevator/stairs is also something we factor in when deciding if we can deliver somewhere. Honestly, I used to love this business, I even got my wedding dress tailored there! But can’t express how disappointed I was by the recent service. I brought in a pair of jeans to ask about alteration options, and even said I was willing to get creative with stitching options. The company who made the jeans told me there should be options, but I was immediately told that would never be an option and turned away. Hi, Amelia! I'm so sorry if it wasn't explained to you as to why the alteration couldn't be done. Jeans cannot be let out in the waist. There is no extra fabric to be let out, so it's not physically possible to alter them bigger unless we are attaching fabric from another pair of jeans into the waist. They would not look natural though. However, if jeans are too short or too large, they can be taken in or hemmed.
