Balfurd's always does a great job and in a timely manner!
Your staff is fantastic and very helpful. The draperies were ready when promised but I did not get an e-mail informing me I could pick them up. I feel that much more effort could have been used to remove stains on one panel. The other panel looks great.
Excellent customer service. Excellent work overall - very few garments require additional attention or need to be redone.
Your dry cleaning is very well done. You knew how to clean my winter coat which said "washable" and I worried about it. It looks lovely. Tailoring. Cynthia is currently altering my wedding dress. She found a way to keep the lace hem---this is great work. I used to make my own clothes. Lisa has altered my fiance's trousers--perfect! I'm a happy camper.

Love the products and services. Much more expensive than local and I really wish you offered pick up/delivery to a location in altoona area (even just a drop off/pick up location here would be amazing!). Love!
Why don't you start a loyalty program that charges a yearly fee but gets u a bag to put your clothes in for drop off with name already on bag so you don't need to stand in line and also gets you same day service
Balfurd staff are always helpful and friendly. Our order is always exactly right!
Prompt, courteous and friendly staff --- the clothes were ready when promised and were well cleaned. I do miss the 10% discount if one prepays. It also would be better if the cost was printed on the receipt when the clothes are brought into the store.
