If you ever get a double breasted siute with four buttons, and you see it's got a low lapel when it comes in, do not reset it, after cleaning it and press it high, double breast suites lapels are low and I paid a seamstress to lower the lapel and dam if yall didnt raise it back up, from now if someone brings a double breast suite with a low lapel dont press it high. I was pissed. And mad as a hatter.
You guys left spots on my pants.

My order was supposed to be ready for pickup on the 4th of December and was not ready at 6pm on the 4th. I will have to make a 2nd trip to American Dry Cleaners to pick up my items.

3 pair black dress jeans, faded and know creases, will not make this mistake again, will never use this cleaner again

The last time I was emailed a coupon about 25% off, I went int to the store with my drycleaning and asked to pay and get the discount. I was told I should pay on pickup. When I picked up and was ready to pay I was told I should have clicked on something in the email and they refused to give me the discount. Now I get an email with another offer and it is not clear about discount again!
You all ruined my brand new skirt! I should receive some type of refund.
