I am 55 years old and I believe in respecting your elders. When the young attendant called me by my first name, I took offense as she couldn't have been older than my four daughters. I think you should have a policy where your young workers should address their elders by Mr. Or Ms. When I spoke to her about it she replied 'no one else has a problem with it'. The service is horrible.
They said I only drop off 12 shirts when I know I counted 13 shirts. They look at the video and said maybe the worker must have counted wrong. Now I'm missing a dress shirt. Be going here for a long time. They showed no sympathy to me as a valued customer. They just loss a good customer.
The staff was not as welcoming this time around. Walked in the door and there were not greeting. I had to wait until the stall finished their personal conversation before someone acknowledged me

Destroyed my wife's pants. I've yet to hear back from anyone at the cleaners about compensation for the pants. I consider myself a valuable customer, you should too if you look up my account.
