My designer jacket was damaged. The zipper was broken off. Instead of fixing it I was told since my jacket was technically still wearable, all they would do is refund my dry cleaning fee, ($9) or if I had the original purchase recipe they would refund the cost of the jacket. The jacket was Baby Phat. I have had Baby Phat jackets damaged in the past, but other dry cleaners have always fixed the damaged part. Couldn’t ask for anything more!! Always in & out service never spend more than 5 minutes in there!
I took in 4 cargo pants and asked for medium starch , Not Happy ! I had always taken them to another cleaners and had light starch , not knowing how Today’s Cleaners was is why I asked for Medium starch, it feels like No Starch! No More! Not Happy !
Good and fast service! Friendly staff and order was don when promised.

My black sweater has crumbs/stuff all over it and the cuff is dirty It looks WORSE than when i brought it in. I have a picture if you would like to see it. I brought a duvet cover in and SPECIFICALLY asked that it be folded only one time to ensure as smooth a finish as possible on our king bed.
