The employees at your Market Place store are first class and I have no issues. Due to Covid 19 and policies, I am not wearing dress shirts much these days. Let’s pray that this mess goes away soon.
I had a spot on my clean t-shirt and took it in to see if it could be cleaned. The girl was nice and said they could spot clean it. I went to pick it up and it didn't look any better. I then asked who I assume was the manager about it and she said she would spot clean it. I picked it up a second time and it was still there. I had to pay for it.

Very polite and professional.
Didn't even Crease my shirt it was wrinkly didn't cover it with plastic had to have them redo it and all they did was press the sleeves didn't get the rest of the shirt , my pants weren't clean creases weren't straight . Very disappointed !
They were able to remove a huge stain on my bridesmaids dress the day before the wedding... couldn’t thank them enough
I took a suit in to have cleaned, expecting to have some stains removed. I picked up the suit and overall it looked clean, but the stains were still there with red tape marking them. It didn’t look like there was even an attempt to take the stains out. I’ll be doing my dry cleaning somewhere else, it’s too expensive here to not get the clean you’re expecting.
The local location employees are the only reason I still go to today cleaners. Other cleaners in town are more economical abd have better rewards programs.
Employees were rude and order was not ready even after giving extra time
I felt that I was over charged for the little items that I took in. I will no longer bring my laundry to you.
