The alteration for a pair of pants was way over priced
I dropped off two dress pants on Thursday for the inseams to be tailored. I got an email on Friday saying they were ready for pick up. I picked them up Friday night and when I got home and tried them on, it turns out only one of the pants was tailored. So I took back the pair that wasn't tailored on Saturday and they said the earliest it would be ready is Tuesday. First, the people were very nice. Customer service was good. Product, and pricing, not so good. $45 to replace a zipper. More importantly, fold kinks in the ties I had dry-cleaned. And, lack of creases in the two sport jackets I had dry-cleaned. Finally, requested 4 inches in hemming seem to be actually 3-1/2 inches. Nice folks, prices high for some services, and some services not happy with.
Every item was twice as much as I have ever paid for dry cleaning before
Losing my patience with this company. Lost $2,500 worth of clothes in their Flemington fire last year and have still not been paid. And, they are not answering their phones either.
Placed first order. People were nice but one shirt was missing from my order requiring me to make a separate trip to pick it up. When I did, there were computer problems do o had to wait over 5 minutes for the single shirt and was still charged for that shirt which should have been gratis. Not sure I’ll be returning. Also, $13.00 to clean a dress seems excessive.
Use greater care in applying barcodes to clothing to reduce the chances of lost!
My jacket came back with tons of hair and polymer strands on it. I was told over phone that jackets were lint rolled after dry cleaning, and after dealing with some major snarkiness the women over the phone reluctantly told me that they could run it through again. Forget that-I'll take my business elsewhere where you don't get attitude because a service was incomplete.
Put price on receipt. I didn't know till pu.
