I had there seamstress sew on a basic embroidered patch on my jeans, was notified the job was done. I went to pick up the jeans and the patch was already falling off at time of pick. They asked me to leave the jeans they will do it over but I needed to pay first. I said ok no problem let's hope it's done correctly the second time around. Not sure I would bring anything more back there for a stitch job, pros should not have released that work for pick up especially at a premium price.
What a terrible experience! My coat looked like it did when I gave it to the shop and the cashier was attentive to the guy with a bunch of shirts asking if they needed buttons sewed, etc. but rushed my ten year old and I through our transaction. My son said he thought the counter person was rude for ignoring us.
Please, please locate my favorite Karen Kane black & purple long sleeve blouse that seems to have been given to another customer. Tirpok customers, please look at the dry cleaning order you have picked up and see if you have a silk blouse that is not yours. I received a man's blazer in my order that was not mine and returned it promptly. I'm praying someone out there is kind enough to return my blouse. I'll up the rating when my blouse is located ~
