The staff at the counter in the AM ( I go in and drop my express bag around 7:30 - 7:45 AM) are always very pleasant and helpful when I have clothes that need extra attention / repair items. I sometimes pick.up in the AM. If I pick up in the PM, the counter staff us just as pleasant as the morning staff and the young blonde girl is exceptionally good at handling my stuff considering the amount I have and her size. Overall, the quality of the cleaning is excellent and the staff is exceptional at their jobs.
Always fast, prompt service as promised.
Weekend service needs to improve to be the same as weekdays.
I love coming in to do business there. Always great conversation with owners.
