I told te customer service rep that there was some sticky candy stuck to the coat pocket. She said it could be cleaned. Whhen I put the coat on last night it appeared they pressed right over the sticky area pressing the pocket together.
I walked in and stopped at the desk to be asked immediately for my phone number. I stated I wasn't picking anything up ( I didn't know the process) and rudely being told I have something in my hand. New customer, new to the area needed a new dry cleaner. Pricing of shits on hanger with a coupon is high..young girls making minimum wage the face of the business. Average quality cleaning.
not friendly when i came in to pick up, my clothes. over price ,I am from Staten Island, NY and you charge 50% more for the clothes I had. plus you mix up my order with someone else.
My suit was ruined. I emailed the store and they say they stand by their service. I just left my suit yesterday to be evaluated for them to confirm the believe the damage was done by them. 100% I know it was since it fit fine before bringing it there. Once I tried it on after cleaning everything fit tight but I had an interview that morning. Once I inspected it, the in lay of the skirt was ripped at the seams. First time here, from southhampton ny, noticed the store looked a bit disorganized, workers throwing clothes carelessly around (those are not their clothes that worth a lot a money and should be handled with more care) as far as the quality of the clean goes they still had a fair amount of lint on them( were they even cleaned or just pressed?) and the starching on my shirts smelled like some cheap chemicals. The tailor told me the cost to put in a new zipper would be $25. She also told me it would be 3 weeks. I did not need the dry cleaning. When I picked up the jacket in 3 weeks, I was charged $40! That's just not right!
It was horrible I took one of my evenning gowns to be dry cleaned for my cousins wedding. I was told my dress would be ready 11 am the next day it wasn't, i was also told i can go pick up the dress at one of there other locations they were suppose to call me by one oclock to pick up the dress I never got the call my son was the ring barrier for cousins wedding he miss being at the hotel with the bridal party to take picture that also cause us to be late for the wedding.
