The 2 shirts I dropped off had more wrinkles in them when I picked them up than when I dropped them off.

I picked my husband's suit up 3 days before a wedding. The suit was clean. However the zipper was broken. I'm sure my husband broke it the last time he wore it but forgot. In the past dry cleaners have alerted me to an issue with a garment when it was picked up. The broken zipper was not discovered until thirty minutes before we had to leave. Talk about stress. His only option was to wear an old pair of size 40 pants. He now wears a 36.

I'm terribly sorry about the inconvenience caused by your husband's zipper. While we do perform minor repairs for free and do our best to notify our customers of bigger problems with their garments, if the zipper was down when we received the pants, we would not have tried it and would have had no way of knowing it was not functioning. If a button, clasp or belt loop had been missing or poorly attached, we would have fixed it at no charge to you.
Terrible customer service. Won't be returning.
I especially appreciate that my shirt collers are properly pressed so that the button tab and button hole tab lay properly. When I don't want to wear a tie and those tabs aren't pressed flat, they stick out and look badly.
Last week was the first time I used your company and brought in a suit and white shirt to be dry cleaned the same day. It was great that you accomodated me for same day service but the tear in the seam of my pants was not fixed as discussed and the shirt was not with the suit upon pickup. I was in a rush and did not check the clothes assuming it was all together which was arguably my mistake for not checking. I therefore had a hole in my pants and no shirt for a friend's wedding!!
I picked up items, and had others I brought for cleaning. My pickup items were ready & provided promptly. I received friendly service, and dropped off 4 items for cleaning. When I got home, I noticed that the slip indicated 3 items. I called about the discrepancy, and was told that "I can only help one person at a time". I explained the problem, and her response made me feel somewhat assured that I would receive 4 items after cleaning was completed.
I've been a regular customer at Tirpok on and off for years and steadily for the last 6+ months. During my last visit, another patron brought in several coupons which saved them quite a bit off their order. My suggestion is that you automatically give your "Priority Customer" the lowest price coupon when they drop off their clothes. As a regular client, why should I be paying less than the customer that's shopping your services to the lowest cost provider.
Frustrating as the computer was down! I had no choice as I needed my items and had to leave credit card info with clerk to be entered when computers were up and running. I normally wouldn't do this and am a regular customer.
