Friendly but unprofessional employees. I only brought one dress in to be cleaned and they ruined it. I even called ahead to make sure they had the right chemical for that kind of dress and they assured me that they did. Although they must have used the wrong chemicals because it caused the black to bleed into the white parts. Worst of all, they didn't tell me; I didn't find out until I got home and took it out of the packaging.
