I brought my husband's wool suit and tie to be cleaned and pressed for our son's wedding, which is next week. The jacket lapel and sleeve was wrinkled and the trousers' crease was in many places, none correct. I steamed and pressed the tie myself. I was so disappointed.
I had not used Tirpok Cleaners in Phillipsburg NJ in years. I decided to take advantage of the AAA discount and dropped off 3 items. When I picked them up and got home, I noticed that they did not remove the stain from one of the items. Will be bringing it back.
I was not at all pleased with my first experience at Tirpok. I dropped off a dress to be altered and dry cleaned on a Thursday. The young lady told me it would be ready the following Thursday and noted so on my ticket. I returned the following Thursday as instructed and she explained that my dress was not ready. When I asked why it was not ready she told me that Tripoke was unaware that there was a due date for my dress. This makes NO sense to be as her computer AND my ticket noted a due date. was charged for press only and had to press to wear, not happy
Desk personnel are always courteous. I do not like paying more for women's shirts than men do and do not buy the machine story. My collars are rarely pressed properly and do not buy the fabric story.
The shirts still ring around the collar and cuffs. I been many with my shirts and they were sparkling white. Ties still had stains on them and it appeared there was no attempt at removing them
HORRIBLE Experience in your Flemington location last week. I walked in with my express bag, and the nasty, rude man behind the counter tried to tell me I wasn't an express customer, and wanted me to dump out my bag, and was outright nasty. I told my bag bag, which he tried to grab away from me (um, excuse me, this is my clothing), and told him to pound salt, I'd take my business elsewhere. Tirpok staff is terrible. The morning staff is great, but the evening staff seems as though they don't take pride in their job. I've gone many times and recently I brought a suit there and buttons were missing and the stain wasn't removed. The young blonde girl has an awful attitude and didn't help me. I would recommend anyone to go in the morning to drop/pick up clothes.
I hate to complain, but the jacket I sent to be cleaned really did not come back very clean. The collar is still soiled. Sorry but these are the facts. I thank you .
