I was very disappointed you no longer do area rugs. Suggest you start again. Carpet cleaners will not come to your house for just them.
WILL NOT UNSUBSCRIBE! Your unsubscribe button only leads to a login website, which your customer's do not have an account to "unsubscribe" themselves. This is the second time you've been notified. I suspect tide cleaners of Utah are to blame, maybe?
I had been using your laundry service to clean my work uniforms (I’m a nurse) for quite a while and was so happy with your work. I brought in an order about a month ago and a young lady said, “oh, I don’t take nurses scrubs!” and handed back my bag of clothes to me like it was radioactive. It was rude and humiliating. We paid over $50 to have our clothes washed , and a LOT of our stuff is missing! ELEVEN pairs of underwear, black work pants, two shirts,... and we were told “it’s at your own risk”. No refund, no apology, nothing but a big F U to us now that we have to go buy new stuff because you lost it! You now lost our business and I will make sure that all of my staff and customers know how you handle things there and will be losing all of our business!
Very disappointed because the zipper of my cushion was broken. I had just replaced it and it was new! It was fine when I dropped it off.
I have asked my husband to pick up the order as I was tied up at work. The cashier refused to take off 20%, since my husband was picking it up and he didn't have my email for 20%.
