I have used this cleaning service since I arrived to Las Vegas a year ago, but, on my last visit, yesterday, 2/22, I noticed when I got home and retrieve my clothing that I picked up, from my car, I noticed they were not placed on the proper hanging area, on the hook, in the passenger rear area, instead they were placed on the holding pull down rail in that area which caused scratches by the end of the hook of the hangers. I found your prices to be a bit on the high side, but since your store was across from the hospital (I work at Dignity Health Care, Sienna Campus) I thought i would give it a try. To be honest, I won't ever come back. Your work was fine, on time, well prepared. But I was horrified that one of your workers, working in close proximity of others, wore no mask. The clothes definitely needed to be washed with more soap. I had some stains on my sheets that would have come out with my washer and they didn't after you washed them. I was surprised and disappointed especially after paying $75.00 for wash and fold service. Also a few shirts were very wrinkled that I had to iron them which I usually don't have to do.

I researched dry cleaners for over an hour and finally decided to give Tide my business. I drove over 100 miles to bring my wool blankets to the store. I was told they would not do my dry cleaning because there was dog fur on my blankets. They said they only have one dry cleaning machine and they won’t clean things with animal fur on them because it would ruin their machine. What’s the point? I left with the impression that they would only clean my blankets if they were clean. Never will I walk into another Tide place again.

Terrible CustomerService and besides they gave me the wrong item. Really sad, still waiting for the manager call. They cannot find it☹️.

First time customer. Brought in a sleeveless shell and a leather & cloth jacket. $7 to clean the shell, quite expensive. The jacket was covered in dog hair when I brought it in. The outside looked ok when I picked it up but the inside of the jacket was still covered in dog hair. Needed to leave it to be redone.

I received an email last Wednesday that I got 25% off. I told them and they didn’t know about it. Because of COVID-19 I didn’t want to show them my phone because I have cancer and have to be very careful. So I paid the full amount and didn’t want to complain. It’s a good cleaner and I used to go there all the time.
