My clothes had lint and fuzz all over them, along with long strands of hair.(Definitely not mine) The one thing I asked for above all else was to hard press my clothes and they had them barely pressed.
You are hassle free. But about every fifth time I need a redo. Your competition is all worse so you will be fine.
I took in a few shirts to be laundered. The order was ready the next day. I went to the drive-thru window, did not hav to get out of my car, finished the transaction and had my clothes in jus three minutes.
i use this service for my business and as an aesthetician I use a lot of sheets. I can count on them always to have my laundry there when I need it. This saves me time and money.
This was my first experience. When I dropped off my sheet set I asked the girl working how much would it cost to clean and press them. With everything in hand (fitted sheet, flat sheet and two standard pillow cases) she said $14.00... I said ok. She took the items inside and brought me back a ticket. Dropped two blankets, was told they’d be ready on Friday. Went in the following Tuesday and they still weren’t ready. When I was able to pick them up, one smelled badly like it was wet and not aired out, and the other blanket was great. I drove back and asked about the bad odor and was told that the blanket was dry cleaned and they don’t used fragrance so the blanket having a bad odor was normal. Aside from this, staff was professional and kind each visit but after my experience I won’t return for additional business.
Sweaters were not ironed properly nor were the buttons all buttoned. The small stain on one sleeve of one of the sweaters that was pointed out with your associate was not removed. Not satisfied with the service. Will look for another cleaner's.
Iam a long time customer and everything has been fine except the last 2 times.. brought in a white denim pants that had a spot on the back side.. cannot miss it .. mentioned it to remove.. received it back with the stain still their... the pants were pressed how can u miss it... Returned the pants to have the stain removed... stain still on the pants... I gave up...
My comforter I dropped off were done earlier than promised, only one pillow cover didn’t make it back to me.
