After paying for my uniform, I’m a first responder, I was told their conveyor belt was broken and to call on Monday. Today is Saturday. I wear a uniform to work. How do I wait til Monday to call about getting my close. After some back and forth and some quick problem solving the were gracious enough to use a ladder and grab my uniform. I opted out of your emails months ago and now for some reason they magically appear again, why? Now I have to log into an account I have not used in months to stop your emails? Any further harassment by you and I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
The drop off was smooth and simple but when I picked up was a different story. There was four cars waiting I was the second one to arrive. One car was right next to me in front and one car behind each of us. I only had two things to pick up this was the first time I used this place and the last. Store wouldn’t honor my coupon (that I received through my email) and I’ve spent a lot of money at this store. I will never return.

Easy drive through, quilt was done as requested. Service pleasant and professional.
I had alterations done. I was told it would be 2 weeks. Then I was called and told it would be 2 more days. I waited 4 days and went back & was told it would be 2 more days. When I went back again, I was told it would be another 4 days. It was not close for me so I felt it was a big inconvenience.
