Not the cheapest but your service people and the quality are by far the best!
I created an account for the first time and dropped off a rather large amount of clothes (two large tide bags full). The young woman was very overwhelmed and said they were short handed, it wouldn’t be ready for a few days and that it could not be counted. I begged for at least two items to be rushed for next day service. She said she would accommodate me. I called the next day to confirm my order was processed. I requested extra heavy starch on my clothes. I emphasized many times how heavy I wanted my jeans and shirts starched. The clerk that took my clothes acted as if that’s what I would be getting. My clothes are ruined. Not only was your starch almost non existent but your staff used fabric softener. What’s the point of starch if you’re going to use fabric softener?
