I just got an email reminding me that my order was ready for pickup. I went last week to pick it up and they told me the belt was stuck or something like that and that I would need to come back later. Wouldve been nice to get a call or email saying when my order could be picked up after the issue at the store. Not too convenient to drive there and back two times.
I am super disappointed. I dropped off three items, two of which had stains that I needed removed. I was led to believe this wouldn’t be a problem but I get back the items with stains still on them....and I was charged full price for them. Disappointed. I wouldn’t have left them if I had known.
