Last weekend I brought in a suit and 2 dress shirts for dry cleaning. This was in anticipation of the start of my new job on March 7, which requires that I wear a suit daily. After 24 hrs I picked up the items and everything seemed okay. In fact, I wore the suit and one of the shirts on Monday. Mid-day, I noticed in a mirror that my shirt had a "clear" stain on it. I told the clerk I just wanted my slacks shortened 2 inches. Do not dry clean them. I was sent an email within the next few days that my order was ready. I called and asked the girl if they were hemmed. The were not. She said they weren't on the rack for alterations but she'd put them there. I specifically told the first clerk not to dry clean them. She didn't listen and was also interrupted by a coworker. She gave me my copy of the ticket and it said 2 garments. She said she'd correct her copy. She should not have been int... read more
My wife dropped off about eight of my shirts to be laundered and then picked them up a few days later. When I got home and looked at them I saw that the collars on six of the eight shirts were wrinkled and had to be hand ironed before I could wear them. It was my first time trying this drycleaners and I realized that if they were this sloppy with my shirts, then what would they do to my suits and sport coats? I will not be back.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband’s socks which were a Father’s Day gift. Not only were the socks not returned with the original order but I called to find they misplaced them and they pull cameras to find them and would call me back. Never received a call back and I called again 2 days later stating they found them and would clean them. I was told they would be ready Monday after 5 and when I arrived the socks were ruined. I thought that my linen suit was ruined due to tomato sauce stains on the jacket. The stains were removed without any damage to the fabric
