Helllo, This was my first time using this cleaners. I came in to get a zipper fixed on my sons jacket. They quoted me $14.00 to get it fixed and they also told me it would be ready by Friday. I got an email from them on Thursday and they said my jacket was ready. When I called back they said that my jacket would not be ready until Monday and also instead of it being $14.00 it is now going to be $25.00. I have decided to quit using MW Cleaners for Dry cleaning and Laundry. I have used your services for years (about $40 per week) but I am tired of your staff constantly doing something other than what I ask for. For example, I ask them to separate the dry cleaning for laundry in 2 separate bags because they your staff can't figure out what to dry clean and what to wash. Even then, they just dry cleaned a white dress shirt (and charged me accordingly) when I saw her put in bag with laundry. Sometimes they have laundered shirts... read more
Very disappointed with the service here the last few times, I've had to return items since they weren't dry cleaned properly and one of my shirts had a stain that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Gave up on returning to this place since they can't seem to get it right after several chances I've given them to fix the issues.
The MW Cleaners at College Park and FM1488 has been our preferred cleaners for 8+ years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I would particularly like to commend Brenda. She always knows customer names, is conscientious with her work and maintains a nice store. Our cleaning is done well and processed in a timely manner. In addition, providing discount coupons is a great bonus. Thank you, MW.
Clothing was cleaned and ready for pick up on date promised. This was my first time to use MW Cleaners; I felt the pricing was high. Not sure I will be a repeat customer.

Very expensive. And I am missing a dress.
Despite attaching the discount coupon TO the garment, the discount was still not applied to my order. This happens frequently to my parents who also have a bag they drop at the counter. Not sure how the coupon gets missed repeatedly when it is attached; I could understand if it was loose in the bag, but this is physically affixed to the sleeve. Same goes with my parents' drop offs
Not happy at all: They are the most expensive in town by far and the owner got my order wrong. I came in early and asked for same day service by 6, and she agreed. I suffered through the horrible traffic on Rayford and got there by 6, only to be told that it would be ready by 10 am the next day. All I got was $5 off, which is ridiculous as I needed a particular pair of pants that day. I'm not paying outrageous prices if a company is incompetent ontop of a hassle to get to
